Please arrive no later than 6:30
When your tanning is finished go directly to the
ballroom, you will not be able to cut line at entry to
the ballroom. IFBB prejudging starts promptly at
9AM . If you are stuck in line you may not make it to
your lineup.
Online appointment scheduling is a MUST. If you do not make an appointment and choose to "walk-in" you will be charged an additional $20.00 on top of the regular package pricing. This is to ensure that we have adequate staffing and product for each show.

You will only need to select 1 appointment time.We will provide your initial tanning at your scheduled appointment and follow up tanning and touch ups in the morning. We DO NOT take appointments for Saturday mornings. Walk up ONLY on a first come, first serve basis. We will provide you with times at hour initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We issue NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. CREDITS(COUPON) will be issued towards future shows MINUS a $50 cancellation fee. Credits expire 1 year from the date of cancellation. Credits and appointment cannot be transferred to another person. No credits will be issued if an appointment is canceled less than 2 weeks prior to a show.
Full payment is required to book an appointment. If payment is not made, your information will expire and you must repeat the booking process.
